The price of fuel has just been reduced from N970 to N899.50K per litre by Dangote Refinery.
In the spirit of the festive season, Dangote Refinery has reduced the buying cost of its premium motor spirit (PMS) from N970 to N899.50k per Litre. The refinery has also offered several credit offers to marketers who are buying with cash.
Anthony Chiejina, Chief Branding and Communications Officer for Dangote Group said,
“To alleviate transport costs during this holiday season, Dangote Refinery is offering a holiday discount on PMS. From today, our petrol will be available at N899.50 per litre at our truck loading gantry or SPM. Furthermore, for every litre purchased on a cash basis, consumers will have the opportunity to buy another litre on credit, backed by a bank guarantee from Access Bank, First Bank, or Zenith Bank.”
This will be the second time Dangote Refinery is reducing the cost of PMS in 60 days. In November, the refinery reduced it from N990 to N970.
Chiejina further disclosed that the refinery, although not operating at full capacity, is grateful for the patronage and support received. And hopefully, the price reductions will ease transportation costs for Nigerians during the festive season.
He also emphasized that the refinery is committed to producing quality petroleum products for Nigerians and its export countries.
