Omoyele Sowore, a popular Nigerian activist and former presidential candidate, has criticised the administration of President Bola Tinubu for the ongoing security problem around the country.

Speaking in response to a widely shared video of a recent terrorist incident, Sowore criticised Tinubu’s administration as ineffectual and warned that if the situation is allowed to worsen, more areas of the nation could come under terrorist control.

According to him, the country now has no leadership direction to end the security difficulties.

Taking to his social media account, he wrote, “Nigeria’s security situation has massively deteriorated under the ineffective and corrupt regime of @officialABAT, making it conceivable that more sizable portions of Nigeria may fall under terrorist control, as witnessed in Syria.
