The former congressman said that the buildings’ history will teach future Nigerians in a post on X.

He wrote: “The 753 seized Houses in Abuja should be shared to all Nigerian Universities, Polytechnics, Colleges of Education and Research Institutes. It’s enough to go round.

“They can decide what they want to do with it. The future generation will learn from the history of the Houses and appreciate the actions taken.”

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, or EFCC, has obtained the final forfeiture of the Emefiele-related estate in December 2024.

The confiscation of the 753 estate duplexes was imposed by Justice Jude Onwegbuzie of the FCT High Court.

According to reports, the land is situated in the federal capital territory’s (FCT) Lokogoma district.
