American musician Justin Bieber has revealed that he is set to drop his upcoming seventh album. Several sources have confirmed that the release date is set for Friday, July 11.
This feat serves as a musical comeback for the singer after he has faced health issues and his personal life has garnered increased scrutiny on social media.
In several Instagram posts on Thursday morning, Justin Bieber showed his new album plastered on billboards in several cities, including Times Square in New York.
The album’s tracklist, which appears to consist of 20 tracks with titles like “All I Can Take,” “Things You Do,” and “Therapy Session,” is displayed on the billboards.
As previously reported by The Hollywood Reporter, Bieber, who has been taking a musical break, visited Iceland in April to complete the new album. He also had “jam sessions” at his Los Angeles studio with long-time partner DJ Tay James.
Justin Bieber’s latest album will be his first since 2021’s “Justice,” when his musical career was put on hold due to health concerns. The singer had to postpone much of a world tour that was supposed to run through March 2023 when Bieber disclosed in 2022 that he had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome type 2, which resulted in temporary facial paralysis.
In an attempt to promote the album, Justin Bieber posted personal photos of his wife Hailey Bieber and their kid Jack on Instagram to tease the new album. According to Us Weekly, the pictures constitute a component of the album’s artwork.
Justin Bieber’s album announcement coincides with the launch of SKYLRK, his new fashion line. The brand’s website and Instagram account went live Thursday, through which the singer is selling sunglasses, hoodies, shoes and other products.
