Lere Olayinka, Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, on Saturday took a swipe at three Nigerian politicians, using Hilda Baci’s jollof rice feat as a witty reference point.

Using Hilda Baci’s achievement at the World Jollof Festival, Olayinka mocked former Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi, former Minister of Transportation Rotimi Amaechi, and Dele Momodu.
This comes shortly after Amaechi criticized President Bola Tinubu, highlighting the dire state of Nigeria and emphasizing that both he and many Nigerians are hungry.
Amaechi’s remark had led to criticism from Wike and Olayinka in the past.
However, Olayinka while posting on X, wrote: “Jollof Rice is ready in Lagos, where is Rotimi Amaechi? Make nobody tell us he is hungry again ooo.

“Hilda Baci will still explain how she cooked that plenty Jollof Rice and didn’t invite Egbon Dele Momodu. Ko nice nah.
“Hilda Baci wan cook plenty Jollof Rice like that, she no invite Mr one shoe alias Agbotikuyo, Nija’s number one events planner and server of food. Ko nice nah.”
The renowned Nigerian celebrity chef had cooked 200 bags of rice in a massive pot during the world Jollof festival in Lagos on Friday.
Baci secured the Guinness world record of cooking the world’s largest pot of Jollof Rice.
