BBN Season 10 housemates Thelma Lawson and Bright Morgan were evicted from the reality show on Saturday night in a surprise double eviction.
During a surprise visit to the BBN house following the weekly Saturday Night party, host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announced the eviction.
With just two weeks left in the competition, Ebuka assured the other housemates that they had ample time to influence the outcome of the BBN show.
Some housemates found it difficult to accept their friends’ abrupt departure, and the eviction caught them off guard.
After Bright left, Mide, his in-house lover, broke down in tears, while Kaybobo, who had become close to Thelma Lawson, looked obviously depressed.
However, Kola, Rooboy, and Jason expressed scepticism regarding the validity of the eviction, indicating that not all of the housemates were persuaded it was real.
With the surpise eviction, there are now 15 housemates left in the BBN house, with some enjoying immunity shields, including Zita, Faith, Rooboy, and Imisi.
Social media users’ reactions to the eviction have also been divided, with some expressing sadness and others applauding the unexpected turn of events.
