A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has scheduled Friday, the 26th of September, 2025 for the hearing of the application filed by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB), on the no-case submission in his case with the federal government.
The decision was originally set for October 10.
This was revealed on Monday by Aloy Ejimakor, one of the Nnamdi Kanu’s solicitors, in a post on his X account.
“The scheduled ruling on Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s no-case submission has been abridged from 10th October 2025 toFriday, 26th September 2025,” he wrote.

The IPOB leader is presently on trial for terrorism because of his support for Biafra’s actualisation.
According to a court notice, if a party wants to postpone the hearing, he must request to the court as soon as possible.

It did, however, clarify that any application that is based on factual information needs to be supported by factual evidence.
