JOB VACANCY: R&D / QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER (HOME & PERSONAL CARE)
Location: Agbara
Salary Range: ₦400,000 – ₦450,000 (Monthly)
We are currently seeking a competent and detail-oriented R&D cum Quality Control Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will support research & development and quality control activities for our Home & Personal Care products, including liquid and powder formulations.
Key Responsibilities
•Carry out formulation, reformulation, and product improvement for liquid and powder products
•Conduct routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
•Ensure products meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
•Maintain proper documentation, reports, and laboratory records
•Support troubleshooting of quality and production-related issues
•Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and laboratory best practices
Requirements
•B.Sc./HND in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field
•Proven experience in R&D and/or Quality Control within Home & Personal Care or FMCG environment
•Hands-on knowledge of liquid and powder formulations
•Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Candidate must be resident in or willing to work in Agbara
