Speaking at a press briefing on Monday, APC National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, said early figures indicate massive participation nationwide.
In the same vein, the party’s National Secretary, Ajibola Basiru, revealed that more than two million Nigerians had successfully registered within the first week of the exercise.
Basiru emphasized the critical role of accurate data in enhancing the party’s operational efficiency.

“We are happy to inform Nigerians that just a week into the exercise, those who have registered as members of the APC are already over 2 million.
“We envisage that by the time we make another assessment next week, we should have 8-9 million registered members.
“Any state that is found lagging, the National Working Committee has been given the latitude to change the coordinator of such state,” he said.
