Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Lagos

Job Summary:
We are seeking a commercially-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee our Lagos operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing sales teams, distributors, and retail networks in Nigeria’s fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets.
Manage and develop distributor and key account performance.
Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Optimize route-to-market strategies for maximum coverage and penetration.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
Requirements:
8–12 years’ FMCG sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a regional sales leadership role.
Strong distributor management and trade marketing expertise.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Lagos and surrounding territories.
