Israel backed the U.S. launched a surprise attack on Tehran on Saturday, calling the move pre-emptive. Amid the fresh flare-up, both Iran and Israel have closed their airspaces, with Iraq also joining in. Meanwhile, reports of a US hand in the Israeli strike in Tehran have also surfaced.
The attack according to reports were also targeted at the Iranian supreme leader and its president.
In retaliation, the nation has also launched a ballistic missile attacking targeted the US Navy’s 5th Fleet headquarters in Bahrain, as well as Abu Dhabi, and Kuwait the country reportedly said on Saturday amid intensified unrest in the Middle East.

UAE shares update on Iran’s attack
According to reports, one person has been killed in Abu Dhabi as UAE intercepts missiles.
Following Iranian missiles, the UAE’s Ministry of Defence said the country was subjected to a “blatant attack” by Iranian ballistic missiles on Friday, adding that its air defence systems responded with high efficiency and successfully intercepted a number missiles.
Multiple Airlines cancel flights to Middle East
Meanwhile, airlines including Qatar Air has announced that all flights have been cancelled temporarily following security and safety concerns.

Turkish Airlines has cancelled flights to Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, and Jordan until March 2, the airline’s communications head said, citing the ongoing security situation in the region.

The nation says it will make aggressors ‘regret their actions’
Meanwhile, in its first remarks since the assaults by Israel and the United States earlier in the day, Iran’s Foreign Affairs Ministry stated on Saturday that it would make its aggressors “regret their actions” and that it is “fully prepared to defend” the nation.
It also added that all US Bases within the region are within Iran’s reach.

Advisory for Indians in Qatar, Israel and Iran
Indian embassies in the region, Israel, and Qatar have issued cautions to their respective citizens, urging them to keep an eye on the news and remain alert.
In the case of citizens, the Indian Embassy has encouraged citizens to remain indoors, keep up with developments in Iran, and await any additional instructions from the Indian Embassy.
