President Bola Tinubu has voiced his solidarity with the people of Plateau State following recent attacks, affirming his support for the state’s residents.

In a personally signed statement, the President Tinubu extended his condolences to the families affected by the violence.
Tinubu noted that his visit to Jos is aimed at expressing sympathy and demonstrating that the government remains committed to addressing the insecurity challenges in the region.
“I will be in Jos to support the families who have lost their loved ones and to show that those who try to create fear will not succeed.
“We will continue to enhance our security response and ensure that justice is served,” he added.

He also talked about his next plans, saying that after Plateau, he would go to Lagos to take part in Good Friday activities before moving on with his official work in other states.
Tinubu said, “I will go from Plateau to Lagos to take part in Good Friday activities, and then move on with my planned meetings in Ogun, Lagos, and Bayelsa, which will focus on infrastructure, trade, and economic growth.”
The President Tinubu talked about the importance of staying together during tough times and keeping up the work to develop the country.
“In times of sorrow, we must stand together. In moments of progress, we must keep building. The work continues. Nigeria First,” he stated.
