According to him, “This resounding victory at the Supreme Court is not just a legal triumph; it is a bold reaffirmation of justice, order, and the true spirit of democracy within the African Democratic Congress family.
“I congratulate the leadership of Senator David Mark and all loyal members of our great party for standing firm in the face of adversity.
“This landmark judgment has once again shown that truth, patience, and lawful perseverance will always prevail over intrigue and uncertainty.
“As we celebrate this defining moment, I call on all stakeholders within the ADC to channel this renewed momentum towards building a formidable political force that represents the aspirations of Nigerians.
“The time to consolidate is now. The future beckons, and together, we must seize it with courage and clarity.”
Malami further maintained that the Supreme Court decision is not only a legal win but also a reaffirmation of democratic order within the party structure.
