Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Account Manager to manage client relationships, social media strategy, content coordination, campaigns, reporting, and account growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop social media strategies and content calendars.
- Coordinate content creation and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
- Manage and monitor social media campaigns, including Meta advertising where required.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Track projects, deadlines, and client deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and client retention.
- Proactively communicate challenges, risks, and project updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in account management, social media, digital marketing, or agency/client services.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong client-facing and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media strategy and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic Canva and campaign reporting skills.
- Strong writing/copywriting skills.
- CRM, Google Analytics, SEO, or sales funnel knowledge is an advantage.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
