Job Description
- We’re looking for an organized, punctual, dependable Office Assistant to support senior management and keep the office running smoothly day to day.
- The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with top-level Directors, understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism, and be able to manage multiple activities and administrative errands efficiently. (Male candidates are encouraged to apply, for gender balance)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and day-to-day support to senior management.
- Assist with official errands and administrative activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office environment.
- Handle documents, correspondence, and other office information with strict confidentiality.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, filing, scanning, and other routine office tasks.
- Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and office activities.
- Monitor office supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
- Carry out other administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- OND / HND in any relevant field.
- 1 to 3 years’ work experience in an office assistant, administrative, executive support, or similar role.
- Previous experience working directly with senior executives is an added advantage.
- Proximity to Oshodi/Isolo is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Smart, attentive to detail, and proactive.
- Must be punctual, presentable, and professional.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion. Male for gender balance
