The White House has launched “Trump TV”, a 24/7 streaming channel featuring announcements, historical moments and other content from President Donald Trump’s administration.
The White House announced the launch on its official X account on Monday and said the broadcast would provide real-time updates.
“IT’S LIVE. Trump TV is Streaming Now. 24/7, updated in real time, with top past moments, announcements, and the latest and greatest from the administration all in one place.
“Not every big moment has made it on your tv, now it can,” the White House said.
The White House website and YouTube channel carry the feed, officially known as “TRUMP TV: The Essentials Station.”
The White House said the platform serves as a hub for the administration’s “biggest moments,” including videos, major statements and highlights.
The launch came amid a growing dispute between the Trump administration and several major US news organisations over access to the White House.
CNN, Politico and MS NOW sued the administration after Trump recently barred them from using White House facilities.
Major television networks ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC later suspended their joint White House pool coverage in solidarity with the affected media outlets.
Trump has criticised what he describes as “fake news” and unfair coverage of his administration, while the White House has defended its approach to media access.
Rather than airing a live presidential event, the first Trump TV broadcast featured previously recorded footage, including Trump’s July 3 speech at Mount Rushmore.
The new channel gives the White House a direct platform to distribute footage of Trump and his administration without relying entirely on media networks for coverage.

Less than a week ago, U.S. President Donald Trump announced an immediate ban barring CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from accessing the White House.
Posting on Truth Social on Friday, Trump voiced dissatisfaction with the media organizations’ coverage of his administration.
“I am proud to announce that, effective immediately, I am banning Fake News CNN, MSNOW … and Politico … from the White House as a result of their constant ‘reporting’ FAKE NEWS!” Trump wrote.
