As part of the continuing “Save Democracy” demonstration, a large number of Nigerians invaded the Independent National Electoral Commission, or INEC, office in Abuja on Wednesday.
While some of the demonstrators held red and white signs with different inscriptions on them, many more were seen sporting “Operation Save Our Democracy” T-shirts.

Eyewitnesses said the ADC protest remained largely peaceful but loud. The crowd chanted solidarity songs and voiced strong demands for reforms.
In a video cited by NaijaEyes, protesters and supporters of Aisha Yesufu, Mama Pee, Peter Obi, Kwankwaso, and several other activists were seen participating in the protest.
The atmosphere at the venue was full of energy as protesters chanted songs “We no go gree,” with some chanting “INEC Chairman Amupitan must go”.
