Popular Nigerian singer Simi and her husband, fellow artiste Adekunle Gold, have reportedly welcomed twins.
It will be recalled that in December 2025, the couple confirmed they were expecting a child, sparking an outpouring of congratulatory messages across social media.
Simi had earlier put her pregnancy on display when she appeared with a visibly heavy baby bump in the music video for Adekunle Gold’s song “My Love Is The Same,” released on December 24, 2025.
The music video showcases a happy family as he was together with heavily pregnant Simi and their child, Dejare.
Recall that Simi and Adekunle Gold married in a private ceremony in January 2019 (specifically Jan 9) and welcomed their first child, a daughter named Adejare (Deja), on May 30, 2020.
Hinting at the arrival of new born child, Adekunle Gold said that he asked God for another child, he ended up blessing him with a double.
Taking to his official page on Snapchat, Adekunle Gold wrote, “Asked god for another child and he blessed me double.”
