Prince Emmanuel Kanu, the brother of arrested Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader Nnamdi Kanu, and his lawyer, Barrister Aloy Ejimakor, have been placed under detention by a magistrate court in Kuje, Abuja.

This was revealed by Mazi Kanu’s other sibling in a post on X, claiming that the executive, legislative, and judicial arms of government are working together to obstruct Nnamdi Kanu’s trial, which is scheduled for this Thursday.

“The magistrate sitting in Kuje remanded Barrister Aloy Ejimakor, the lead counsel in Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s case and Prince Emmanuel Kanu, his youngest brother.

“This is a conspiracy from the executive, legislature and judiciary to frustrate Kanu’s trial on Thursday,” Kanuta Kanu posted on X.
