A recent social media video has been going viral, where Timileyin Ajayi, a gospel singer, beheaded and murdered his girlfriend, Salome Eleojo Adaidu. He was soon afterward caught while trying to bury the head of his girlfriend.
The 32-year-old gospel singer known as Timileyin Ajayi was interrogated by Channels Television on why he committed the sinful act, and he said he has no regrets killing his girlfriend, Salome Eleojo Adaidu.
Adaidu is just 24 years old and a serving corp member with Nicon Insurance in Abuja. On the day she was murdered, it was said that she had gone to visit Ajayi, who lives in New Karshi in the Karu Local Government Area of Nasarawa State.

Ajayi is currently in custody in Nasarawa Police Command’s Criminal Investigation Department, CID, Lafia. He was paraded on Tuesday to the media and public alongside the murder instruments he used on Adaidu.
He spoke to Channels Television in an exclusive interview, explaining why and what made him commit the sinful act.
He said, “I killed her because we don’t have each other all the time; it’s not something I planned.

“It happened on that day, and it happened. Not that I have the plan in mind; she was cheating.
“She hides most of the things from me most of the time. I got to know from her phone. I saw her chats with other guys on the phone; that was why I decided.
When the interviewer prodded further and asked if he regrets killing his girlfriend, the gospel singer said,
“I don’t have any regrets because life is reciprocal. That is what I thought, if you must do something to someone, you have to be reciprocal with that person.
“You have to understand what that person is going through so that you can actually put yourself in the position that the person is going through, that is why I don’t have any regrets because we were actually compatible.”
Timileyin Ajayi was caught with a lady’s head in Agwan Sarki Orozo, Nasarawa State, near the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
A lot of people on social media are demanding justice for the killed Salome Adaidu, and some are asking the police to investigate further into his past to see if there haven’t been anymore victims whose deaths didn’t come to light.
