We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Fulfillment Officer (Event Center & Mall)
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
- Provide premium retail store management for the Mall clothing shop while seamlessly acting as the operational support anchor for the main event center.
Key Responsibilities
- Mall Store Operations: Manage the daily opening, closing, and administrative running of the clothing boutique. Ring up sales, handle cash/POS transactions accurately, and update stock records.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store floor remains immaculate, organized, and styled effectively to engage local walk-in traffic.
- Event Hall Support: Transition to assist the Center Manager during active booking dates—handling guest reception, space setup coordination, and client support.
- Inquiry Management: Log and organize client requests for hall bookings when the Center Manager is engaged, conducting swift follow-up calls as directed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality Management, or any related discipline.
- 1–3 years’ experience in retail sales, customer service, front desk operations, or event support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in cash handling, POS operations, and basic record-keeping.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and event days when required.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in retail store management, hospitality, or event center operations will be an added advantage.
