    Customer Service/Social Media Manager

    • Salary: ₦150,000
    • Location: Abuja

    Requirements:

    • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (customer service, social media, or sales).
    • Proven experience in social media management, customer service, and sales (ideally in a digital environment).
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Basic knowledge of SEO, content creation, and digital marketing.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    • Social Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions.
    • Develop strategies to grow brand presence and engagement online.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, etc.
    • Promote products/services to potential customers through online platforms and direct communication.
    • Nurture leads and convert inquiries into sales through follow-ups and personalized outreach.
