Nigerian music star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, and his wife Chioma Adeleke have moved many with a touching moment shared on Instagram.
Chioma Adeleke, who had been absent from social media since the heartbreaking loss of their son, Ifeanyi, in 2022, made an emotional return on Thursday with a heartfelt post.
She shared a photo of her wedding bracelet, which featured Ifeanyi’s image, and described him as her “best friend” who walked with her into forever.
“My best friend walked into me forever, Ify, you’re on my mind every day and you live in my heart. Always and forever. Love, Mummy,” she wrote.
Responding to Chioma’s post Davido wrote “Till Infinity.”
This exchange has garnered reactions from fans and well-wishers, who have expressed support for the couple as they navigate their healing journey.
Ifeanyi Adeleke passed on in October 2022 after a drowning incident at his father’s Banana Island residence in Lagos.
Since then, Chioma has been relatively inactive on social media, making her recent post a significant return.
