Critic berates celebrity fashion designer Veekee James over birthday celebration of her husband

Celebrity fashion designer, Veekee James has come under fire for the kind of birthday gesture she displayed for her husband, Femi Atere. An X user identified as Sir Dickson called out fashion designer, berating her for throwing her husband a surprise

The fashion designer had taken to her social media handle to share videos of their bedroom filled with blue and black balloons, several gift items with her husband blindfolded and ushered into the room.

Taking to his X account account he expressed displeasure over Vekee’s actions stating that the fashion designer was treating her husband in a way that men should not be treated.

In a now deleted tweet, he wrote “It is not cute. I don’t know one man who likes this. Some things are just feminine. Treat a man like a man,

“She is treating him the way she wants to be treated, not as a man should be treated”.

The designer however paid no attention to him, though fans and well wishers have shared a piece of their minds on behalf of Veekee. See reactions below;
