Today, January 3rd, 2024, marks the 2nd posthumous birthday of Mohbad, a talented Nigerian singer, and fans have taken to social media to pay tribute to him. Mohbad, whose real name is Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, passed tragically away on September 12, 2023, and his body still lies in the morgue over a year later due to an ongoing and inconclusive investigation into his death.

The singer was known for his unique voice, energetic performances, and hit songs like Feel Good and KPK (Ko Por Ke). His music is a fusion of Afrobeats, hip-hop, and street pop, which resonates with fans across the country.

Although the singer was formerly signed to Marlian Records, a label founded by Naira Marley. Before his death, however, he created his own lable entitled “Imolenisation”. His collaborations with other artists, such as Naira Marley and Lil Kesh, were also appreciated by fans.
