Executive Assistant at Fatgbems Petroleum Company Limited

📍Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 250,0000 – NGN 320,000 based on experience

Applicants MUST meet all the following requirements:
●A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc.) in Business Administration, Economics, Estate Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
●At least five (5) years of relevant work experience in the construction or real estate industry.
●Proven work experience in sales, business development, or sales performance management.
●Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret sales figures, market data, project reports, and business performance metrics.
●Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other relevant business reporting tools.
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
●Strong organisational, planning, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
●High levels of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
●Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
●Ability to prepare accurate reports and provide actionable insights to support executive-level decisions.
