Adekoya Ibukunoluwa, a businesswoman, has filed a N100 million defamation lawsuit against Sandra Edoho over Instagram posts that allegedly linked her to an adulterous affair with Sandra’s ex-husband and prominent broadcaster, Frank Edoho.
In a memorandum of claim signed on July 17, 2026, by Festus Ogun, lawyer and Managing Partner of FOLEGAL, Adekoya accused Sandra of libel, fraudulent misrepresentation, and invasion of privacy regarding posts allegedly shared on her Instagram page, “vivibella_designs.”
According to the document, the issue dates back to October 2023, when Monisola allegedly met Frank Edoho by chance at Hard Rock Cafe in Lekki, Lagos, where they discussed their shared passion for Arsenal Football Club and exchanged contacts.
The entrepreneur’s lawyers stated that on November 19, 2023, Sandra impersonated her husband on WhatsApp and invited Adekoya to the Edoho residence in Victoria Garden City, Lagos, with an offer of N10 million, adding that she felt obliged to “honour the invitation.”
The memorandum further claimed that Sandra, posing as Frank’s brother, picked Adekoya up and drove her to the residence, where she was allegedly locked in a room.
The lawyers stated that Frank, who was apparently asleep at the time, was awakened and expressed disbelief at the allegations of an affair, later apologizing to Adekoya for the incident.
The entrepreneur’s legal team also claimed that during a marital dispute between Sandra and Frank in May 2026, Sandra launched a “calculated campaign” against their client by posting her photograph, private WhatsApp conversations, and an Instagram video.
The lawsuit claims the Instagram posts painted Monisola as one of numerous women allegedly having affairs with Frank.

The controversy is the latest chapter in the long-running public dispute surrounding media personality Frank Edoho’s personal life.
Edoho, best known as the long time host of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?, has over the years attracted public attention following the collapse of his marriages and subsequent relationship controversies.
His first marriage ended in divorce in 2011, while his second marriage to media personality Sandra Onyenuchenu also crashed in May 2026 due to infidelity and abuse claims, with both parties later confirming their separation.
His separation from his second wife Sandra Edoho however caused a huge uproar on social media with singer Chike at the middle of allegations pointing that he had been involved with Mrs Sandra Edoho
In the latest development, the legal team has issued a seven days ultimatum to Sandra to respond to the allegations, adding that failure to do so will attract full legal action.
