1. Acquisition & Onboarding>

Identify and onboard high-potential modern trade accounts across Lagos and Southwest regions.
Develop customized strategies to attract and onboard key accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
2. Account Management & Retention>
Build and maintain strong relationships with modern trade partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring prompt issue resolution and satisfaction.
Create and implement strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
3. Credit Due Diligence>
Conduct detailed credit assessments for potential and existing modern trade accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial guidelines during onboarding and transactions.
4. Order Coordination & Supply Management>
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of orders and timely delivery of goods.
Monitor stock availability and manage supply chain operations to avoid disruptions.
5. Payment Management>
Ensure all payments are received within the agreed timelines.
Monitor payment schedules and address discrepancies promptly.
6. Growth & Expansion>
Drive vertical growth by increasing the product portfolio within existing accounts.
Explore horizontal growth opportunities by expanding into new accounts and territories within the region.
Identify and leverage new market trends and opportunities for modern trade expansion.
