Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate (manufacturing) and retail client relationships

  • Prepare and submit weekly visit plans and sales reports

  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess customer needs

  • Generate leads through cold calls, emails, events, and referrals

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business accounts

  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships for satisfaction and cross-selling

  • Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings and presentations

  • Actively pursue new sales opportunities via field visits and networking

  • Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences

  • Negotiate and close deals; handle objections and complaints

  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends

  • Collaborate with team members to improve performance

  • Attend weekly review meetings and consistently achieve sales targets
