    Use this information to refine strategies for competitive advantage.
    6. Budgeting & Forecasting
    Manage regional budgets effectively by forecasting expenses accurately.
    7. Marketing Initiatives
    Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that support regional objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the home appliances industry
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets consistently
    • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams
    • Excellent communication (verbal/written), negotiation skills, fluent in English
    • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite
