About the Role
We are seeking result-driven Deposit Mobilizers to support our business growth by sourcing and mobilizing deposits from individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate must be proactive, persuasive, and highly motivated to meet and exceed assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and mobilize deposits from individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients
* Promote the organization’s financial products and services to prospective customers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Consistently meet assigned deposit targets
* Identify market opportunities and generate new business leads
* Provide accurate information to clients on products, rates, and benefits
* Prepare periodic reports on deposit mobilization activities
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
* Experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or marketing is an added advantage
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
* Target-oriented with a strong sales drive
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good understanding of financial products and customer service principles
* Professional appearance and conduct
Salary & Benefits
250-450k; Based on experience and achievements.
