Job Title: Digital Marketing & Content Manager (Fashion Brand – Temidee Haute Kootoor Ltd)
We are a growing fashion brand seeking a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing & Content Manager to oversee our online presence and drive sales through strategic content and digital platforms.
Scope of Role:
Manage Instagram and other social platforms
Develop and execute weekly and monthly content calendars
Create and direct engaging content (Reels, BTS, product showcases)
Physically attend 2–3 times weekly for content shooting
Plan and execute sales-driven campaigns
Develop and manage a functional e-commerce website
Upload and manage products on the website
Monitor performance and recommend growth strategies
What We’re Looking For:
Strong understanding of fashion content and digital marketing
Creative thinker with sales-focused mindset
Ability to plan ahead and execute consistently
Basic photography/video content skills
Proactive and organized
Work Structure:
Hybrid (2–3 physical days weekly)
Compensation:
Trial Phase: 3 months
Performance-based continuation
