Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, and distributor performance across the assigned region.
The role requires strong leadership of Area Sales Managers, effective route-to-market execution, and deep understanding of FMCG confectionery sales dynamics.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Lead, coach, and performance-manage Area Sales Managers (ASMs) within the region
Drive volume, value, and numeric distribution growth across all channels
Strengthen distributor and key trade relationships to improve coverage and availability
Ensure effective route-to-market execution, including territory planning and call efficiency
Monitor regional sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions
Ensure strict adherence to pricing, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives
Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to optimize execution
Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews
Maintain high standards of field discipline, compliance, and brand representation.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
Minimum of 7–10 years’ FMCG sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
Strong experience within confectionery or similar high-velocity FMCG categories
Proven ability to manage large territories and multi-distributor operations
Strong leadership, negotiation, and people-management skills
Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical capability
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
