Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our team in multiple locations across Nigeria. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry and possess strong leadership and field sales experience. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, driving sales performance, ensuring market coverage, and executing strategic initiatives to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of field sales representatives.
Drive sales targets and ensure consistent market coverage.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide timely reports.
Ensure proper merchandising and visibility of products in the market.
Implement trade marketing and promotional activities effectively.
Develop and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor territory performance.
Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
Requirements:
Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of proven experience in a supervisory sales role within the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of retail distribution and channel management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Must be resident in or willing to relocate to the specified locations.
