Job Title Social Media manager.
We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and highly organized social media & Website Manager to oversee our digital presence and internal systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our websites, driving our social media strategy, producing engaging content, maintaining our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and creating compelling visual materials for events and campaigns. This is a dynamic, cross-functional position suited to a self-starter who thrives at the intersection of technology, creativity, and communication
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
Maintain, update, and continuously improve all company websites to ensure accuracy, performance, and a positive user experience.
Monitor website analytics and implement SEO best practices to drive traffic and improve search rankings.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content is current, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with web developers or hosting providers as needed.
Ensure websites are mobile-optimized, secure, and compliant with data protection requirements.
Social Media Management
Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy across all platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar to ensure regular, timely, and engaging posts.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with the online community.
Track and analyse social media metrics; provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.
Content Creation — Blog Posts & News Articles
Research, write, and publish high-quality blog posts, news articles, and announcements that reflect the company’s voice and values.
Optimize all written content for SEO to maximize organic reach and audience engagement.
Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to develop informative and compelling stories.
Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of tone.
ERP System Management
Serve as the day-to-day administrator for the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Input, maintain, and audit data to ensure accuracy and integrity across all modules.
Support staff with ERP-related queries, provide basic training, and escalate technical issues to vendors when required.
Generate reports from the ERP system to support management decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve ERP workflows and system utilisation.

Graphic Design — Banners & Flyers
Design visually appealing and on-brand banners, flyers, posters, and digital assets for events, promotions, and campaigns.
Produce both print-ready and digital versions of all marketing materials to required specifications.
Ensure all design work adheres to brand identity guidelines, including colour, typography, and logo usage.
Manage a library of approved templates, images, and assets for ongoing use.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
Proven experience in social media management and website administration.
Strong written communication skills — able to produce clear, engaging content independently.
At least two years of experience
Proficiency with website CMS platforms (e.g, Shopify, Wix,).
Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
Familiarity with ERP systems and comfortable managing data in a structured environment.
Working knowledge of SEO principles and social media analytics tools.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience managing a corporate or organisational ERP
Basic photography or videography skills for content capture.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
