Client Relations Associate

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Remuneration: Monthly salary of N200,000, HMO and hybrid work arrangement (in-office three days per week).

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Primary Duties:

•Act as the primary contact for clients, delivering prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
•Keep clients updated on the progress of their applications.
•Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
•Respond swiftly and maintain a supportive, positive approach when interacting with clients.
•Collect feedback from clients and share insights with relevant teams for process enhancements.
•Work closely with internal teams to optimize the client experience.
•Ensure client records and documentation are maintained accurately.
•Build and sustain positive client relationships through proactive communication and engagement.
•Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee timely and accurate client support.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s Degree minimum.
•Proficiency in computer tools (Google Workspace, MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•At least 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role in a corporate organization.
•Strong customer service and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
•Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
•Team-oriented with solid interpersonal and communication abilities.
