Nnamdi Kanu’s wife, Uchechi Ukwu-Kanu the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has responded to the Federal Capital Territory Minister’s willingness to testify in the Biafra agitator’s trial upon subpoena.
According to her, the court is expected to follow that procedure.

Recall that Nyesom Wike and other impending Nigerians were listed by Kanu as witnesses in his current trial.
Meanwhile, Wike had given his conditional readiness to testify, stating that if the court subpoenaed him, he would testify as a witness in the ongoing trial pertaining to terrorism.

Wike questioned Kanu’s decision to include him on the list of witnesses to testify in the trial at his monthly media chat.
He said: “If you see Nnamdi Kanu, you ask him why did he list me? I did not go to say I want to be a witness. So if you see him ask him why did you list Wike as one of your witnesses?”
