Terrorists have yet again reportedly raided Manba Village through the Rogun axis late Friday night, kidnapping two civilians in the Patigi Local Government Area of Kwara State.
According to a local source who spoke to newsmen, the attackers invaded the village about 11 p.m. and began firing intermittently while the locals ran for their lives.
“The shooters entered Manba directly after passing through Rogun. According to the source, “they operated freely and took two people away,” adding that the nearby villages are in a state of panic.

At the time of report, the identities of the kidnapped victims have not yet been verified, and security organisations have not released a formal statement concerning the incident.
According to earlier reports from sources, inhabitants of the Lile community in Kwara State’s Patigi Local Government region were terrified on Tuesday night as numerous terrorists were allegedly spotted riding dozens of motorcycles into the region.

The armed individuals, who are thought to be bandits, were spotted moving in a convoy of more than forty motorcycles, each carrying two or three people, according to local informants who spoke with newsmen.
The tip came from a nearby town that saw the movement firsthand, according to a community source.

This incident comes amid a number or coordinated attacks launched on some communities in Kwara state including the recent CAC church attack that led to the death of 3 persons and abduction of 38 members who later regained their freedom.
