The Deputy Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Lami Danladi Lawrence Ogenyi, has felicitated with Governor Hyacinth Iormem Alia on his third anniversary in office, applauding his leadership qualities and commitment to the growth and development of Benue State.
In a goodwill message to mark the occasion, Ogenyi described Governor Alia’s three years in office as a period of purposeful leadership, courage, and dedication towards rebuilding and repositioning the state for sustainable development.
She stated that the governor’s administration has continued to restore hope among the people through a leadership approach rooted in service, compassion, and the desire to improve the living conditions of citizens.
The Deputy Speaker noted that the administration has made notable progress across key sectors within the past three years, attributing the achievements to Governor Alia’s resolve to ensure good governance in the state.
“As Deputy Speaker, I recognise the remarkable strides your administration has recorded in critical sectors, as well as your unwavering commitment to delivering quality governance to the people of Benue State,” she said.
Ogenyi further commended the governor’s resilience and dedication in piloting the affairs of the state, noting that his efforts have helped establish a stronger foundation for growth and progress.
She also prayed for God’s continued wisdom, strength, and guidance upon Governor Alia as he continues to steer the state towards greater development.
“On this significant milestone, I pray that God grants you more wisdom, strength, and divine direction as you continue to lead our dear state to greater heights,” she added.
The Deputy Speaker congratulated Governor Alia on his third year in office and wished him greater success in his service to Benue State and its people.
