Nollywood actress Regina Daniels’ mother, Rita Daniels, has claimed that Senator Ned Nwoko, her daughter’s husband, has orderedfor her to be arrested.
Rita stated in a chat Regina posted on her Instagram Story that the lawmaker ordered her to be taken into custody by Monday of next week at the latest.
Rita’s assertion has given the current family conflict between the actress and her husband a new angle, even though she did not reveal the reason for the purported arrest order.
This comes amid growing tension over Regina’s brother, Sammy’s unwarranted arrest. Earlier on Friday, the actress had shared a video on her Instagram story, in tears stating that she had given up, adding that she was facing a mental breakdown.
“I tried. I feel like I’m going crazy, I’m losing my mind, and it’s not making any sense. I’m really crying in front of everybody,” she said tearfully.
She concluded by saying she “will go back.”
Recall that the issue began when Regina and her billionaire husband, Ned Nwoko fell out over alleged domestic violence allegations on Ned.
