The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited(NNPCL), and other filling stations have reportedly reduced petrol price( premium motor spirit, PMS).
Sources noted that NNPCL retail locations in several areas of Abuja had reduced the price of petrol from N920 to N915 per litre.

This indicates that the price of gasoline was lowered from N920 per litre to N5 per litre.
Additionally, it was also noted that petrol price at MRS and BOVAS retail locations in Abuja were lowered from N945 per litre to N910.

According to sources, other gas stations in Abuja, including AYM Shafa, NIPCO, Optima, Mobil, Ranoil, and Empire, charge between N920 and N937 per litre.
This however, is not the first petrol price reduction by NNPCL and other Nigerian filling stations in recent days.

Recall that NNPCL has adjusted its petrol pump price twice in the last two weeks by N30, down from N945 per liter.
