APC: Bashir Ahmed – Ganduje will be succeeded in acting capacity by the National Vice Chairman.

Bashir Ahmad, ex-media aide to former President Muhammadu Buhari, has said that one of the national vice chairmen of the All Progressives Congress, APC, will succeed Abdullahi Ganduje.
It had been reported that Ganduje resigned from his position as the party’s National Chairman on Friday.
The party’s National Working Committee is expected to announce his replacement, who will serve in an acting capacity.
Bashir Ahmad, in a post on his official Facebook page, said one of the vice chairmen will replace Ganduje “until a substantive chairman is elected at the national convention scheduled for December 2025”.
Bashir Ahmed post reads, “The former National Chairman of our party would be succeeded in acting capacity by one of the party’s national vice chairmen until a substantive chairman is elected at the national convention scheduled for December 2025.”
