Members of the NYSC are currently celebrating as the Federal Government has fulfilled it’s promise and paid the newly increased N77,000 monthly allowance to members of nationwide.

Recall that the NYSC DG and minister for youth development, Ayodele Olawande on a Television programme assured corps members of the current Tinubu led administration’s commitment to fulfilling its obligations to corps members promising to pay corps members the backlog of the new 77,000 allowance.

Following the fulfilment of the promise and the payment of the new stipend, several NYSC members on Wednesday March 26, took to social media to share photos of credit alerts and receipts confirming payment of the new allowance amount.

However, information gathered by our correspondent revealed that not all corps members across the nation have received. It was revealed that while some corps members have received the new N77,000 amount, some corps members in some other states and the FCT are yet to receive theirs.
