There is no faction in Benue PDP – Ortom.
Former Governor of Benue State and leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state, Samuel Ortom, has reaffirmed that there is no faction within the state chapter of the party.
Ortom made this known on Sunday when a candidate for the position of North Central Zonal Chairman of the party, Hon. Abdulrahman Mohammed, paid him a visit to seek his blessing ahead of the party’s forthcoming zonal congress.
The former Governor strongly emphasized that the PDP in Benue State remains united under the leadership of Rt. Hon. Ezekiel Adaji, who was unanimously elected during the last state congress. He warned that anyone claiming to lead a parallel structure outside the Adaji-led leadership is an impostor and should be treated as such by the security agencies.
