The Olubadan-designate, Oba Rasidi Adewolu Ladoja, has stated that he will not delay in filling any vacant positions within the Olubadan Chieftaincy hierarchy.
He made this known while receiving the Asipa Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Abiodun Kola-Daisi, at his residence in Lagos.
In a statement signed by his Media Aide, Adeola Oloko, Ladoja clarified that he was not in Ibadan at the time the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin, passed away.
The statement was made available to DAILY POST on Monday.
The former governor extolled the virtues of the late Olubadan.
He said, “Kabiyesi Olakulehin lived an impactful life and gave a good account of himself.
“There would be no delay in filling every pending vacancy in the Olubadan chieftaincy line.”
Kola-Daisi, in his address, condoled Ladoja over the passing of the 43rd Olubadan.
He also used the opportunity to pledge his loyalty and support to the Olubadan-designate.
