Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, has voiced concern over the whereabouts of her younger brother, Sammy Daniels, who was reportedly arrested and denied access to both his family and legal representation.
This comes amid the ongoing controversy surrounding her marriage.
Taking to her verified Instagram page on Wednesday, the actress urged law enforcement authorities to provide answers regarding her brother’s situation, alleging that he has been held incommunicado for more than 24 hours.
“Finally, some people now have a video that can make them think they can mock me, chai! But it’s okay. My entire focus right now is to know the whereabouts of my brother. WHERE IS SAMMY NED!!!” Regina Daniels wrote.
Regina also slammed what she described as the inaction of senior police officers over the matter.
“Imagine one of the highest authorities in the police force, or if not the highest, saying his hands are tied! Like, ogini bu ihe!” she lamented.
The actress, however, vowed not to be intimidated, saying the issue had now become a battle of strength and willpower.
“Now this fight is going to be power for power, or rather aura for aura. It’s such a pity. #FreeSammy. For the record, I don’t regret anything. Na only I carry my leg, but this was a route I was meant to take, not my final destination,” she declared.
