The 79-year-old became enraged about reports in The New York Times and other publications that implied he was slowing down because of his advanced age.

“There has never been a President who has worked as hard as I! My hours are the longest, and my results are among the best.

“I actually believe it’s seditious, perhaps even treasonous, for The New York Times, and others, to consistently do FAKE reports in order to libel and demean ‘THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES,” he said.

President Trump continued by saying that he had passed cognitive tests that past presidents had failed and that he had undergone extensive, tedious, and lengthy medical exams.

He emphasised that The New York Times “are a horrible, biased, and untruthful ‘source’ of information” and stated that it would be much better if they stopped publishing.
