Nigerian TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, aka Peller, has announced that he bought a N350 million house in an upscale area in Lagos.<\/p>\n

The content creator revealed this during a Tiktok live session with influencer Sandra Benede, much to the excitement of fans.<\/p>\n

News of Peller’s lavish mansion quickly spread across social media sparking various reactions from Nigerians.<\/p>\n

The 19 year old live streamer shared some insights about his new house, he mentioned that it is a large property and that he expects to move in by October 2025.<\/p>\n

Peller clarified that he doesn’t want people to assume he funded the house through Tiktok earnings. He revealed that many wealthy individuals messaged him privately offering to send him money while insisting on staying anonymous.<\/p>\n

Peller stated that some of the financial support he received from well wishers was substantial making it difficult for him to keep their identities undisclosed. However, he promised to reveal their names once his N350 million house is completed.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s big, I should be moving inside around October. I don\u2019t want some people to say it\u2019s TikTok money, no o shut up. Deal wey me dey collect on the low gan. You know say some people normally dey enter my DM to say \u2018Peller send account, I want to send you money\u2019, I swear to God, big people go say Peller send account, they will say \u2018don\u2019t mention my name\u2019 why dem dey always do like that say \u2018no mention my name?\u2019 some people go send money wey be say you go wan kpai yourself, dem go say \u2018don\u2019t mention my name\u2019 as how? I will mention names. Once my house is standby like that, I will mention names. That house is big.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Peller also revealed that his mansion is situated on Chevron Drive, Lekki. He added that those who doubt him will eventually see the house for themselves in due time.<\/p>\n
