Shotobi stated that Ogedengbe acted with gross negligence by administering an injection to<a href=\"https:\/\/naijaeyesblog.com\/ro\/entertainment\/i-never-assaulted-mohbad-sam-larry\/#:~:text=circumstances%20surrounding%20singer-,Mohbad%E2%80%99s%20murder.,-Sam%20Larry%20recently\"> Mohbad<\/a> without a valid prescription from a licensed medical doctor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"440\" data-end=\"600\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">While the court ruled out foul play or homicide in the singer\u2019s death, it concluded that the nurse\u2019s conduct was both unlawful and professionally irresponsible.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIn line with Section 29 of the Coroner Laws of Lagos State, this court recommends that the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution, DPP, initiate appropriate legal action against Feyisayo Ogedengbe for unauthorized medical practice and gross negligence,\u201d Magistrate Shotobi stated.<\/em><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_16026\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-16026\" style=\"width: 736px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img id=\"caption-attachment-16026\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Mohbad<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ogedengbe was initially arrested in connection with Mohbad\u2019s death, which occurred under controversial circumstances on September 11, 2023, sparking national outrage and public calls for a thorough investigation.<\/p>\n<p>During her testimony before the court in March 2025, Ogedengbe admitted to administering a tetanus injection to the late singer, after which he reportedly began vomiting and experienced adverse reactions.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_26266\"
