Popular TikTok star, Elizabeth Amadou better known as “Jarvis,” has disclosed that producing material for the internet is a side gig rather than her primary professional goal.<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The viral “AI character” stated in a recent interview with media personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu that her goals are to establish a prosperous corporate empire and get into Nigeria’s film industry, Nollywood.<\/p>\n

Jarvis<\/a>, who studied accounting, said she stumbled into content creation during a university strike and gradually found her niche through experimenting with an animated, AI-inspired character.<\/p>\n

\u201cI actually see this as a side hustle. I just want to be a businesswoman who is very rich and lives comfortably with my family, my husband, and children. That\u2019s what matters,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

“I literally want to have a platform for other young people to showcase their talents because it wasn’t easy for me,” she said, expressing her desire to assist young creatives in discovering their voice. I was forced to design my own platform. Part of my objective is to have it for other people.<\/p>\n

Speaking about the difficulties of her particular content niche, Jarvis stated that it’s a never-ending battle to keep audiences interested because, in the absence of innovation, people quickly lose interest.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy niche is very difficult because you don\u2019t want to keep repeating the same thing. Humans are insatiable. If you do something repeatedly, they\u2019ll get tired of it,\u201d she said, noting that she had to take a short break to re-strategise with her team and develop fresh ideas.<\/p>\n

Jarvis<\/a> also discussed the financial aspect of TikTok fame, disclosing that posts are not directly compensated for by the app. “In reality, posting material doesn’t pay. TikTok isn\u2019t monetised that way, so it\u2019s only on live streams we actually gain from what we do. We therefore give livestreams more attention.<\/p>\n

She claimed that once her fame skyrocketed, her family’s initial scepticism about her content creation transformed. They noticed how great what I was doing was. African parents, you know, enjoy it when their kids are being hyped up.<\/p>\n
